4. Intellectual property
Reports, recommendations, and deliverables prepared specifically for a client become the property of that client upon payment of fees. Generic frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain the intellectual property of Behind The SLA.
5. Limitations of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian law.
